Well after an amazing 2 and a half months snowboarding I made it home to Kaikoura. First day back and its snowing up the hill in April but that did not mean much to me compared to the 3m South east swell rolling in to Kaikoura.... I found some shelter and surfed a wicked session at Mangamaunu. (snow in background!)

Mellow 48 hours of travel and i was home! First time I liked all the food given to me on planes!

The night before my trip back home happened to be the Seeker Three Legged Race! Anticipation was high and here is what happened!

So the deal is that you pick a boy's and a lady's name out of a hat and you get taped together to make three legs! ( than you have 13 stations around Mayrhofen to get to and at each station you get an alcoholic beverage.... (some are not to easy to get to!!!) This is Henry and partner trying to get three legs over a fence! ha the gate on the other side was open but most did not know that!!!!

Once at the station you can get a good dring or sometimes a somewhat nasty one!!!! Papper signed and off to the next one!

Sylvia and partner won the race and at week surf camp to Portugal.

But Henry and everyone els in the race won too because at the end of a short 45 to 1 hour race everyone was wasted!!!!!!!!!!!
